Post-16 Education Coordinator

The Manchester College is seeking a Post-16 Education Coordinator to join our Transitions Team. This is a unique opportunity to work with students who require additional support to access post-16 education. You will be responsible for reviewing Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) to understand the specific needs of each student. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise with feeder schools and alternative provision providers to gather information and insights on incoming students.
As a key member of our team, you will arrange and conduct college visits, orientation days, and taster sessions to help students familiarise themselves with the college environment. You will also collaborate with academic staff and the Supported Learning team to ensure appropriate classroom support and adjustments are in place. Your dedication to helping students succeed will be invaluable to our team.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,500, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 35 days paid annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
