HR Business Partner Coordinator

Ryder Reid Legal, a leading recruitment specialist, is seeking a HR Business Partner Coordinator to join one of their global clients on a twelve-month fixed-term contract basis at their London office. This role offers a competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum.
About the RoleThe focus of this position will be to support the client's HR department by ensuring seamless HR operations across their London, Paris, Brussels, and Riyadh offices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the HR Operations inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and audit the firm's database, ensuring data integrity.
- Provide training and support for database users.
- Coordinate international transfers and secondments.
- Handle payroll updates and monthly reconciliations.
- Assist with general administration and project support.
