About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Administrator to join our team at Elliott Wood. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful integration of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Open Asset, with our Project Management and Customer Relations Management (CRM) system, CMap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Business Development, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure seamless integration of the DAM system.
  • Manage, enrich, and quality assure Digital Assets across the business.
  • Develop and host user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of the DAM system.
  • Share industry best practices and ensure the implementation of new established processes across our teams.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize new platform adoption.
  • Conduct data review, cleansing, enrichment, and validation.
  • Identify and resolve errors in metadata.
  • Set up team meetings and ensure execution of new and established processes across teams.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Strong IT literacy and experience with Microsoft.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with teams and managing projects.
  • Desirable skills include experience with the DAM system Open Asset, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and/or Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems.
