About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Director to lead our high-profile EU client accounts, managing relationships with key retail partners and driving successful branding and packaging design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire creative lifecycle, from concept to final production, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-efficiency, profitability, and project success.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships within the private label market.
  • Develop and implement brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Act as the key strategic advisor, providing expert guidance on branding, packaging, and retail strategies.
Requirements
  • 15+ years in account management, with 8+ years at the director level, particularly in branding and packaging design.
  • Proven expertise managing multi-million-pound accounts and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Fluent in German and English, with strong knowledge of the German market and private label packaging.
  • Financial acumen: Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and driving cost-efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
