Job Title: Senior Director of Tax and Accounting

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Senior Director of Tax and Accounting. This role will be responsible for leading the Tax and Accounting business in the Europe Region West, driving growth and profitability through strategic planning, leadership, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability in the Tax and Accounting business.
  • Lead a high-performing team of professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive commercial opportunities and deepen relationships.
  • Manage the Region's P&L to meet all top-line and bottom-line financial commitments.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic and commercial management, business development, marketing, and branding strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

This role can be held remotely or hybrid from the Netherlands, Belgium, or the United Kingdom and will require regular travel across the region.
