Job Description

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Senior Administrator to join our team at REESON Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school, ensuring the smooth operation of business functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting the business functions of the school, including greeting students, parents, and carers.
  • Liaising with the business manager and SLT to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitoring staff attendance and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing administrative support to the office, premises, and ICT staff.
  • Assisting with visitor management, student support, and confidentiality as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience in school-based administration is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Benefits:**
