Business Development Accountant

We are seeking a Client Manager to join our team at Puro Accountancy.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accountant to take on a key role within our business, working closely with clients to provide strategic advice and support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for a diverse client base, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Prepare and review statutory and management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee and assist in the preparation and submission of corporation tax, self-assessment, payroll, and VAT returns.
- Provide strategic business advice to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Lead and mentor staff, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing a client portfolio, with a strong understanding of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a focus on team development and succession planning.
- Competitive salary up to £38,000 per annum.
