Their recent investments aim to drive growth and develop their sales team by hiring a Regional Account Developer to cover Swansea and surrounding areas.

Job Role:
The successful candidate will work directly for SER, focusing on developing the area by generating new business and upselling where possible with existing clients. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £33,200 (Basic) plus an uncapped bonus.

Key Tasks:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • BUILDING strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Gathering client requirements to provide tailored solutions.

What We Offer:
£31,000 - £35,000 Basic DOE, Bonus uncapped, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Car, health care, dental care, and pension.
