Job Summary:

The Dermatology Launch Leader will be responsible for leading the cross-functional launch readiness for our new dermatology asset in the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the launch strategy for our new dermatology asset in the UK and Ireland, considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, and patient needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of launch activities and ensure their timely execution, tracking progress against the plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and manage the launch budget effectively, working closely with the Business Unit Head and finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with the ABPI code of practice and maintain a strong understanding of market trends, treatment guidelines, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Develop and implement KOL engagement strategies and educational initiatives, working closely with medical affairs.
  • Work closely with market access and sales teams to ensure the dermatology strategy is understood and effectively implemented once marketing authorization is received.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership and delivery in launch readiness programs in the UK and Ireland.
  • Biologics and dermatology launch experience within the UK market.
  • Demonstrated leadership in post-launch growth acceleration in the UK and Ireland.
  • Demonstrable education and experience in marketing in the UK and Ireland.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder collaboration, influence, and engagement.
  • Strategic thinker and able to deliver key strategies to implementation.
  • Experience in leading annual brand plan development.
  • Able to work well under ambiguity and bring clarity for teams through clear and simple communication.
  • Strong ability to analyze and synthesize multiple forms of data and decipher the so what and related actions.
  • Works well under pressure, tight timelines, and can prioritize the most impactful work.
  • Demonstrate people development, coaching, and management.
