Marketing Launch Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Launch Director to lead the development and execution of our launch strategy for a new Dermatology asset in the UK/Ireland. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful launches in the UK market and will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of launch activities.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UK/Ireland market and will be able to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform the launch strategy. They will also be able to develop and implement key marketing strategies and solutions to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and execution of the launch strategy and comprehensive plans for the new Dermatology asset in the UK/Ireland.
- Overseeing the implementation of launch activities and ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Developing Annual Brand Plans through gaining local market insights and developing key marketing strategies and solutions to drive business growth.
- Monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing market trends, and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
- Compliantly engaging and building relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and patient advocacy groups.
- Compliantly collaborating with medical affairs to develop and implement KOL engagement strategies and educational initiatives.
- Working closely with market access and sales teams to ensure the Dermatology strategy is understood and effectively implemented.
- Gathering and analyzing market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform the launch strategy.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, treatment guidelines, and competitor activities to ensure competitive positioning.
- Collaborating with the Business Unit Head and finance teams to develop and manage the launch budget effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with the ABPI code of practice.
