Job Title: Marketing Launch Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Launch Director to lead the cross-functional launch readiness for our new Dermatology asset in the UK / Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the launch strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution of launch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the launch strategy for the new Dermatology asset in the UK / Ireland.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the implementation of launch activities and ensure their timely execution.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze market trends, and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  • Compliantly engage and build relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and patient advocacy groups.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership and delivery in launch readiness programs in the UK / Ireland.
  • Biologics and Dermatology launch experience within the UK market.
  • Demonstrated leadership in post-launch growth acceleration in the UK / Ireland.
  • Demonstrable education and experience in Marketing in the UK / Ireland.
