Job Details

A Teaching Assistant - Level 3 role is available at our school, offering a unique opportunity to work with young learners who have social, emotional, and mental health needs. The ideal candidate will be a committed and professional individual who can provide support and guidance to our students, leading on aspects of their provision and providing occasional class cover.

We are looking for someone who has experience working with young people and wants to make a difference in their lives. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach, be willing to gain knowledge and experience through CPD training, and be highly resilient with excellent interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour. Our team values effective teamwork and recognizes the importance of collaboration in achieving our goals. We offer a strong support network within the school and across Authentic Education, ensuring that our staff feel valued and supported throughout their career.

This position involves primarily working in a classroom setting, supporting up to 8 pupils per group, and maintaining a positive learning environment. We recognize the value of effective communication and strive to create a calm and focused atmosphere where our students can thrive. As part of our whole-school team, you will contribute to the development of our students and play a vital role in shaping their educational journey. The successful candidate will have access to a range of benefits, including a competitive salary between £18,857 and £19,775 per annum, dependent on experience.
