Special Needs Educator for Young Learners

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in Bournemouth/Poole, Dorset.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a caring and supportive person to make a real difference in the lives of young children with special educational needs (SEN).
You will be working closely with experienced professionals to provide high-quality support and guidance to students, helping them to reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with young people, particularly those with SEN, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring a tailored approach to meet each student's needs
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating effectively with parents/guardians
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in education or a related field, preferably with experience working with SEN students
- An Enhanced Child DBS on the update service and Right to Work in the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
