About the Role:

The In-Room Dining Coordinator is a key member of our In-Room Dining Team, responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and attention to detail. This role involves processing guest orders, making recommendations to accommodate dietary restrictions, and overseeing the entire sequence of service to ensure that orders are correctly processed and carried out by our servers within the stated delivery time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest orders and make recommendations to accommodate dietary restrictions
  • Oversee the entire sequence of service to ensure that orders are correctly processed and carried out by our servers within the stated delivery time
  • Ensure that all orders meet Four Seasons Standards and Sequence of Service
  • Address any guest complaints promptly and share with the Room Service Manager for immediate follow-up

Requirements:

  • Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask
  • Attention to detail and ability to assume responsibility of the department in absence of a manager
  • Solid food and beverage knowledge and a pleasant voice
