Job Summary:

The In-Room Dining Coordinator is responsible for receiving and processing guest requests for in-room dining experiences. This role requires a strong knowledge of our food and beverage menus, including daily specials, alternative cuisine, and beverage lists. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process guest requests for in-room dining experiences.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menus, including daily specials, alternative cuisine, and beverage lists.
  • Make recommendations to accommodate guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Oversee the entire sequence of service to ensure guest orders are correctly processed and carried out by servers within the stated delivery time according to Four Seasons Standards.
  • Ensure all orders meet Four Seasons Standards and Sequence of Service and promptly report any guest complaints to the Room Service Manager for immediate follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
