About the Role
Cygnet Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop our occupational therapy service, working closely with our clinical leads and directors.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to our patients, setting realistic goals and promoting independence.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development and career advancement.
- Contribute to the development of our occupational therapy department, implementing evidence-based practice and agreed occupational therapy pathways.
- Participate in leadership projects, working closely with our directors and clinical leads to drive service improvement.
