About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker. As a key member of our Penumbra 365 service, you will play a vital role in delivering supportive interventions to individuals seeking mental health, wellbeing, or distress support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of supportive interventions, including relational signposting, 1:1 coaching, and workshops on wellbeing.
  • Actively seek opportunities to promote the service to all communities across the city, drawing on your local knowledge and strong communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their options and achieve their goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
