We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Thrive Edinburgh team as a Mental Health Support Worker. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide 1:1 peer practice lead support to individuals, utilizing your own lived experience of mental ill health to inspire hope and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 peer practice lead support to individuals, utilizing your own lived experience of mental ill health.
  • Facilitate group work using Decider Skills, promoting empowerment and self-management.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including Support Workers, Social Workers, Nurses, and Occupational Therapists.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centered care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
