At Starr Insurance Companies, we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Multinational Programme Assistant. As a key member of our global operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the issuance of local policies and generating invoices across European Starr Offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Multinational Programme Coordinators in the creation of premium allocations for multinational programmes;
  • Assist in the generation of compliance reports showing local regulations in multiple countries worldwide;
  • Work with Underwriting Assistants to ensure data accuracy;
  • File management and coordination with cross-functional teams;
  • Support the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Entry-level experience within the commercial insurance industry;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Knowledge of underwriting systems and processes.
