Job Title: Multinational Programme Coordinator

Starr Insurance Companies is a leading insurance and investment organization, providing commercial property and casualty insurance to businesses worldwide.

Role Purpose:

To provide support and general assistance to the Multinational team, ensuring accurate and timely communications with the Network of offices worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Multinational Team in developing the overall Multinational initiative
  • Work closely with Underwriting Teams to ensure a common understanding of individual accounts
  • Manage policies that make up a Multinational Program, ensuring all necessary details are entered into systems
  • Initiate Salesforce and systems bookings for all policies
  • Enter accounts into the Multinational IT Platform (iCede) and send out local policy instructions
  • Track local policy issuance and premium collection (via iCede)
  • Manage and update Multinational Workbooks (XL Spreadsheets)
  • Research local regulations, tariffs, reinsurance flows, and taxes relevant to the client worldwide
  • Communicate with local offices to ensure local policy issuance, premium collection, remittance, and claims notifications
Requirements:
  • Avoids errors and ensures high standards of accuracy and data integrity
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Numerate
  • Written and oral English skills
  • Professional writing and presentation skills
  • Contractual language / slips
