At Starr Insurance Companies, we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Multinational Programme Assistant. As a key member of our global operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the issuance of local policies and generating invoices across European Starr Offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Multinational Programme Coordinators and Managers to ensure seamless policy issuance and invoicing processes.
  • Assist in creating premium allocations for multinational programmes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage bookings on relevant IT systems, maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Work closely with Underwriting Assistants to verify data accuracy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the generation of compliance reports, highlighting local regulations and requirements across multiple countries.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, ensuring easy access to critical documents.

Requirements

  • Entry-level experience within the commercial insurance industry, with a strong understanding of global operations and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as underwriting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on mathematics and business-related courses.
