Sustainability Consultant Principal-Associate Director
£55,000- £85,000
As a leading consultancy, we design and deliver major infrastructure schemes across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Our expertise spans the infrastructure for new towns and settlements, with a focus on creating sustainable and environmentally friendly communities.

About the Job:
As a Principal-Associate Director of Sustainability, you will be responsible for:
- Sustainability and Energy Statements: Develop and review sustainability statements, environmental statements, and energy assessments.
- Low Carbon Technologies: Review and advise on low carbon technologies, energy centres, and networks, as well as embodied and whole-life carbon assessments.
- Renewable Energy: Advise on renewable energy calculations and support clients in achieving their sustainability objectives.
- Future Homes Standards: Ensure compliance with Future Homes Standards and support clients in meeting their sustainability goals.
- Sustainability Support: Provide expertise across all aspects of sustainability, including planning, infrastructure delivery, and buildout, to review, measure, monitor, and establish improvements to meet client sustainability objectives.
- Net Zero Schemes: Assist clients in developing net zero schemes and contribute to our company's mission to become a zero-carbon business.
- Sustainability Function: Enhance the sustainability function and support the appointment of new employees to drive growth and development.
