Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our care home team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our Residents, working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centred care to our Residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our Residents.
  • Providing support and guidance to our care team, promoting a culture of kindness and compassion.
  • Participating in safeguarding training and reporting any concerns or incidents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC Pin and a degree in Nursing.
  • Experience working in a care home environment, preferably with a focus on mental health care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our Residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to our values of kindness, compassion, and respect.
