Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our care home team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our Residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being. Main Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to Residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for Residents.
  • Communicate effectively with Residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified.
  • Experience in a care home setting, preferably with a focus on mental health care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting the well-being of Residents.
