Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our care home team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our Residents and their families. With a focus on providing person-centred care, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.

Main Responsibilities

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to our Residents, including administering medication, conducting assessments, and developing care plans.
  • Working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and support.
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Participating in safeguarding training and reporting any concerns or incidents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC Pin and a degree in Nursing.
  • Experience working in a care home environment, preferably with a focus on mental health care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and Residents.
  • A passion for delivering person-centred care and support.
