Salary:£12.94 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.39 holiday pay) + Enhancements.
Job Description:This Retail Shift Leader role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients' businesses.
As a key member of the stock counting team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
You will work closely with our clients to ensure seamless delivery of their stock count requirements, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency throughout the process.
A typical shift pattern will consist of up to five days per week, working evenings or night shifts, Monday to Sunday, with the possibility of flexibility in the working days per week if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Leadership and management experience within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of office software
- Full driving license and willingness to travel
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.94, inclusive of holiday pay
