Facilities Management Coordinator

Savills Management Resources seeks an experienced Facilities Management Coordinator to provide exceptional building management services to a dynamic development in Bournemouth.
Key Responsibilities- To ensure all statutory health and safety requirements are met, maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Engage with residents to foster a sense of community within the development, delivering high levels of customer service and ensuring a seamless rental experience.
- Manage a team responsible for residential and office elements, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
- Oversee all on-site management, maintenance, and repairs, prioritizing timely completion and quality results.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing contractor site access, permits, and working relationships to ensure efficient maintenance operations. You will also forge productive relationships with key partners, such as estate developers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to drive resident satisfaction and benefits.
Requirements- A strong customer service ethic and background, with experience in managing security, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Excellent financial management skills, with a focus on value for money from suppliers and maximized net operating income.
- Ability to work alongside the wider Savills team to ensure smooth building operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in establishing and developing good relations with authorities and local agencies.
