Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complaints, feedback, and comments via our risk management system
  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries in compliance with regulations
  • Support patients and visitors through responsive communication
  • Coordinate complaints investigations with the team
  • Draft responses to complaints with guidance from managers
Requirements
  • Experience in patient experience or customer service roles
  • Customer-facing experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred
  • Collaborative working skills in healthcare settings
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and healthcare processes
  • Understanding of best practices in complaints handling
