Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer - Construction Industry to join our team at Bellway Homes. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to contribute to the development of our construction staff, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that cater to the needs of construction staff, covering topics such as health and safety, quality control, and project management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Assess training effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for future program development.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, encouraging staff to share best practices and experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role or related field, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs, with a strong focus on adult learning principles and assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.

Estimated Salary: £63,000 - £83,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
