Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in strategic HR business partnering within an HR shared services model.
  • A strong understanding of HR practices and processes, with the ability to implement strategic initiatives that drive organizational performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, capable of building influential relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in HR, along with a strong track record of delivering people-focused projects.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making, using people insights to shape strategies and support business growth.
