We are seeking a skilled Packing Production Operative to join our team at our Brackley site, where you will be responsible for processing and packing high-quality chicken products.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, starting at 06:45 and finishing at 18:00 (4 out of 5 days)

About the Job:

As a Production Operative, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment, manufacturing short shelf-life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trussing chickens ready for film wrapping
  • Bagging chickens
  • Grading quality of chickens
  • Removing dolavs for weighing and storage
  • Supplying the line with raw material

Requirements:

  • A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
  • Relevant experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided
