Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Carer for Young People, you will be responsible for leading a team of carers in providing exceptional support to young people with complex needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in Children, Young People, and Family Practitioner or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a children's home setting, with at least 12 months in a supervisory role.

Salary and Benefits:
