Job Opportunity

Eden Scott is seeking a Digital Product Manager

to drive the digital journey of a global luxury brand

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain digital platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces to deliver a premium-level experience for consumers
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure digital platforms meet business objectives and deliver excellent user experiences
  • Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering digital platform development, CMS, and website management projects in an agency or corporate environment
  • Experience working with partners to scope, deliver, and manage development projects
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing projects, plans, and backlogs
  • Technical expertise in web development, analytics, user experience, search, and SEO
  • Commercial acumen with a keen eye on ROI and business growth
  • Experience with Hubspot, Shopify, Umbraco, or similar would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of luxury goods industry and ability to bring brands to life online
