Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with various teams and external suppliers to ensure digital platforms meet business objectives and deliver excellent user experiences.
- Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze digital metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in delivering digital platform development, CMS, and/or website management projects in an agency or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of managing projects, plans, and backlogs.
- Knowledge of technical development, web standards, analytics, user experience, search, and SEO.
- Content savvy and relevant understanding of consumer behavior across digital touchpoints and channels.
- Experience bringing brands to life online, ideally within luxury goods.
