Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join our team at Eden Scott. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for the on-going management, maintenance, and optimization of all digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various teams and external suppliers to ensure digital platforms meet business objectives and deliver excellent user experiences.
- Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage projects, plans, and backlogs to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure technical expertise and knowledge of web standards, analytics, user experience, search, and SEO.
- Guide less digitally literate teams to successful outcomes and provide content savvy guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology and consumer behavior trends to inform digital strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering digital platform development, CMS, and/or website management projects in an agency or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of managing projects, plans, and backlogs.
- Knowledge of technical development, web standards, analytics, user experience, search, and SEO.
- Experience guiding less digitally literate teams to successful outcomes.
- Content savvy and relevant understanding of consumer behavior across digital touchpoints and channels.
- Enthusiasm to keep on top of new technology and consumer behavior trends.
- Commercially astute with a keen eye on the numbers and ROI.
- Experience with Hubspot, Shopify, Umbraco, or similar would be advantageous.
- Experience bringing brands to life online, ideally within luxury goods.
