Role Description

">

As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our clients to achieve their goals and live independently. This may involve:

  • ">
  • Providing personal care and support, including assistance with daily tasks and medication management">
  • Assisting clients to engage in activities they enjoy, such as hobbies, sports, and social events">
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare teams and social workers">
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations">

What We Offer

">

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, paid weekly. You will also receive 30 hours of guaranteed work, with opportunities for overtime and bank holidays. Our generous holiday package includes 33 days annual leave, plus eight statutory bank holidays. Additionally, you will have access to excellent training and development opportunities, including a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins">
