Key responsibilities

As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and ensuring their wellbeing. You will work closely with the Day Service Manager, assisting with the day-to-day running of the service, and help to develop person-centred plans for our customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold an NVQ / QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have a proven track record of supporting vulnerable adults. You will also need to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
