Adult Community Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Adult Community Support Worker to join our team in Biggleswade. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality support to adults experiencing mental ill-health, ensuring they receive the care and services they need.
About the RoleIn this rewarding role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and coordinating care from a social perspective for adults accessing our service. You will also liaise with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Essential: Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary environment/community experience.
- Desirable: Post-qualification experience within mental health services.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
