**About the Role**

We are recruiting a Support Worker to join our team in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, working in Supported Living with adults who have learning disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as taking medication, cooking, and personal care.
  • Encourage and enable people to develop skills, achieve their life goals, and thrive in their community.
  • Work a variety of shifts to support a work-life balance.
  • Liaise with colleagues, family members, and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of £ per hour, rising to £ per hour from 1st October 2024.
  • A 10% overtime allowance and 20% Bank Holiday allowance.
  • A fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Generous holidays, including 33 days of annual leave and eight days statutory bank holidays.

**Requirements**

  • A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
