Job Title: Senior Finance Manager
Job Summary:
The Defence Infrastructure Organisation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial management and control expertise to support the delivery of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Provide financial management and control expertise to support the delivery of our business objectives.
- Budgeting and Financial Planning: Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the Defence Infrastructure Organisation's leadership team and external partners.
- Financial Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, and implement controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure effective delivery of financial management and control services.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and control, with a proven track record of delivering financial management and control services.
- Skills: Strong financial management and control skills, with expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of finance professionals.
