Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Associate to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve and clear food and beverage in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Provide a consistent service and give assistance to guests as needed.
  • Assist the Manager and Supervisor in Food and Beverage order taking and enhancing the guest experience.
  • Monitor guests to anticipate their needs and communicate effectively.
