About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Nottingham. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office administration, including maintenance, supplies, and facilities.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and liaising with external IT providers.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and leaver management.
  • Drive automation enhancements, working with external partners to improve CRM, lead management, and data compliance.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and data protection.
  • Manage shared mailboxes and support business with lead management and email campaigns.
  • Support customer care with contract management.
  • Assist with projects, including IT moves, automation processes, and office expansions.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ambitious nature, keen to progress and take on new challenges.
  • IT management experience, with technical knowledge and ability to manage external suppliers.
  • Commercial acumen and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Salary: £24k-30k, dependent on experience + quarterly bonus. Role based in Nottingham, 5 days in office, must be commutable.
