Job Title: Personal Assistant (Temp To Perm)

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for senior executives.
  • Prioritise incoming communications, handle correspondence, and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and coordinate documentation and reports for meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Assist with project management tasks, such as organising and coordinating team activities.
  • Conduct research and gather information as required.
  • Act as a gatekeeper to handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondences.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in organising internal meetings and events, including taking minutes and following up on action points.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other team members and provide support on ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Professional demeanour and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
