Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Go To Outsourcing. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks, including development of inventory systems and procedures, purchasing and expediting of stock, and document control.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to our clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Assist with the coordination of events and meetings.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Own transport.
  • Good level of English, speaking and writing.
  • Great eye for detail.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
