Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to join our team at ADM UK Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of Capex projects and leading the site energy management programme.
Key Responsibilities- Contractor control, including inductions and auditing of contractors while on site.
- Driving the Environmental agenda, linking with UK and EMEA based specialists.
- Administrating EHS activities, owning EHS reporting.
- Providing support, leadership, and management for Capex projects, including administrative responsibilities.
- Developing subject matter expertise in Process Safety.
- Playing an active role in Risk Assessment & Standard Operating Procedure completion and maintenance.
- Leading the Management of Change process.
- Liaising with all other champions across the group to lead the energy management programme for site.
- A minimum of NC/ONC/HNC/C&G in an engineering or similar discipline is preferable.
- Ability and willingness to undertake NEBOSH Certificates in Health & Safety, Process Safety, and Environmental Management.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to lead meetings and communicate with colleagues at all levels.
- The desire and ability to progress within an engineering/safety role in a global organisation.
