Job Title: Lead Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Adviser to join our team. As a key member of our workforce team, you will play a crucial role in delivering specific projects and working across our three main areas: commercial and grant funded support, policy, and collective bargaining.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the key sectors in which we work and experience of stakeholder management and positive working with commercial clients and the civil service. You will also have a detailed understanding of and experience working in one or more of employment law, industrial relations, and HR/OD delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law, industrial relations, and HR/OD delivery to our members and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective stakeholder management strategies to build strong relationships with commercial clients and the civil service.
  • Work closely with our policy and collective bargaining teams to deliver specific projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and develop our workforce development programs to ensure our members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
