Job Title: Lead Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Adviser to join our team. As a key member of our workforce team, you will play a crucial role in delivering specific projects and working across our three main areas: commercial and grant funded support, policy and collective bargaining.

About the Role
  • Experience of working within local government, fire and rescue services, or trade unions is highly desirable.
  • Line management experience and budget management skills are essential.
  • You will work closely with our team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the needs of our members.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required to build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, the civil service, and other key stakeholders.
