About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Disability Adviser. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in delivering specific projects and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support and guidance to councils, schools, and other organizations on employment law, HR practice, and project management.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on disability and employment law, and contribute to the development of our organization's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects and initiatives that promote disability inclusion and employment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local government, schools, and other organizations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in employment law, HR practice, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of disability and employment law, and experience of working in local government or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
