Business Manager, Adviser Sales - 12 Month FTC

This exciting role supports the Adviser Chief Distribution Officer in running the office, focusing on strategic priorities and delivering a wide range of responsibilities effectively and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the CDO is fully briefed for internal and external meetings.
  • Overseeing coordination of reporting from programmes, projects, and departments, preparing pre-meeting briefings, and ensuring actions are completed.
  • Leading on regular financial forecasting and annual budgeting, covering flows, FTE, and non-staff costs on behalf of the CDO.
  • Providing quality briefings for key meetings and internal/external events.
  • Attending and facilitating internal and external meetings with the CDO, ensuring preparation and governance are met.
  • Supporting delivery of key strategic projects and initiatives, representing the Adviser business views and priorities on wider Group projects.
  • Building the CDO's personal brand through leading or reviewing written communications in their name.
