Key Responsibilities:- Estimating and overseeing the installation of passive fire protection products and intumescent paint.
- Programming projects and ensuring they are carried out to a high level of detail, following manufacturer guidelines.
- Liaising with site management teams to ensure all involved are aware of their work processes.
- Producing relevant RAMs and H&S documents, ensuring timely management of temporary and permanent staff.
- Uploading new clients, projects, drawings, and RAMs to the system prior to each project start date.
- Extensive experience in passive fire protection.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fire stopping procedures and products.
- In-date SMSTS and CSCS tickets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Full, valid UK driving licence with willingness to travel to sites across the UK at short notice.
- Competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 DOE.
- 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).

- Supplementary training where required, in line with Health & Safety Law.
